If so, you should ask them to appeal; or try moving to another location or connection before re-joining our Discord server.
Our system only allows you to appeal every 30 days. If you have already appealed, you will have to wait until the cooldown is over. If you have not appealed, you may have been banned for a reason that is not appealable.
It is possible your Epic account was blocked due to you breaking our rules in the past. To get it unblocked, create a modmail and provide your Epic username, along with the reason you may be blocked and why you deserve to be unblocked.
